If you like customers, you absolutely do. Your competition is. At the very least you need to setup a Google+ page so you'll even show up, a Facebook page and a Foursquare account so people can check in with the correct information.Remember, just because you aren't online, it doesn't mean your customers aren't, and without you there, they can put anything up.
